Computing Services and University Communications & Marketing offer a hosted CMS and provide support for official units to create and maintain their own websites at no cost to individual units. To stay up to date on CMS upgrades and news, join the CMS Announce distribution list.
Ready to Create a New Website?
All academic and administrative departments are eligible to use the university CMS. If you’re ready to submit a new website request, fill out the appropriate form and the University CMS Team will review your request and grant you access to either Drupal or Cascade, depending on your site’s needs.
If you choose to build your website outside of CMU’s CMS, please contact the University CMS Team to discuss important technical, design and maintenance considerations.
